20 Ton BB Fertilizer Blending Equipment Production Line

 
This 20 TPH BB fertilizer production line features a ton-bag feeding station that allows forklift delivery of bulk bags directly into the feed inlet, while also accommodating conventional small-bag feeding—no pit installation required, saving space and construction costs.

The system uses a dual-layer hopper design with six bins arranged in two rows, each equipped for simultaneous loss-in-weight weighing to achieve precise, high-efficiency batching. During production, a dedicated linear rotary screener continuously removes fines to ensure high purity of the final granules.

The packaging section includes a servo-driven high-speed granule packing machine for automatic feeding and weighing; operators simply slide on bags and the machine seals them, delivering up to 10–12 bags per minute.

Ideal for bulk production of NPK compound fertilizer, BB fertilizer, and other blended granules, this integrated “feed-batch-mix-screen-pack” line dramatically boosts capacity and output.
