Small-Scale Powder Fertilizer Line (1–3 TPH) uses a hydraulic lifter for feeding, a twin-ribbon mixer for fast, even blending, and an automatic packer for final bagging.

Crushes urea and caked materials before mixing. Blends in 30–60 seconds with no residue. Packs into 5–25 kg bags at 3–4 bags per minute, sealed or stitched.

Supports custom formulas like foliar fertilizers, nutrient blends, and amino or humic acid types. Runs with just 4 workers. Clean, simple, and efficient.
