Fertilizer Mixer Machine Featuring Two Packaging Lines

Structural Features:
Factory height requirement: 8 meters.
This production line is equipped with two packaging lines:

one for large bags (5–25 kg) and another for small bags (1–5 kg).

Equipment List:
The system is divided into five main modules:

1. Crushing module: crusher

2. Feeding and dust control module: feeding station and 1 dust collector

3. Mixing module: fertilizer mixer machine

4. Storage and feeding module: storage silo and screw feeder

5. Packaging module: automatic packaging machine, bag sewing machine, and conveyor

The entire process is controlled by a centralized PLC control system.

The layout is compact and highly efficient.
