The 30 TPH BB fertilizer production line is equipped with a high-efficiency rotary screening machine that accurately removes
dust and impurities from raw materials before batching. This ensures uniform particle size and a clean appearance, significantly improving fertilizer quality.The entire line uses a PLC intelligent control system to support automatic proportioning of up to 9 materials. A double ribbon mixer provides fast and uniform blending, ensuring high efficiency and consistency.The packaging
section features an advanced fertilizer packaging machine that can fill granular compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and BB fertilizer with high weighing accuracy and tight, attractive sealing. With a compact design, stable performance, and easy operation, this production line is an ideal solution for building a high-standard, dust-free fertilizer workshop.
