Factory Requirements:
This project features a dual-line setup with two powder water soluble fertilizer production lines running simultaneously.
The lines are centrally arranged for unified production.
The recommended factory ceiling height is at least 8 meters to accommodate equipment layout and material flow.
Equipment List:
The production line includes 10 types of equipment from raw material feeding to finished product bagging.
Raw materials are ground by crushers and fed into the production process through a dust-free feeding system. Dust collectors ensure a clean working environment.
Fertilizer blender machines complete the mixing process. Storage systems hold the finished product.
The packaging line consists of screw feeders, automatic weighing machines, bag sewing conveyors,
and the entire system is controlled by an automated PLC control system for seamless operation.
